Appointments

Currently, I have Monday evenings available for in-person appointments. I rent space in downtown Lake Odessa, MI. I also have select Thursdays available in Potterville, MI. Please visit my Calendly to reserve an appointment date/time. If my appointment times don’t work for your schedule, contact me to see if we can schedule something outside of my regular hours (might involve an additional fee for rent).
First time appointment: $75, 75 minutes
Subsequent appointment: $60, 60 minutes
30 minute phone or virtual: $40 – this works great for lab work reviews

*Please bring a list of all prescriptions, supplements, and any labs you may have.
