Natural health found me at age 23, managing 2 autoimmune diseases and, — on a dare — I saw my first Naturopath. Healthy bodies grow healthy babies, and I was wanting to start a family. She found my root cause, recommended a protocol, and I thought she was nuts. I did what she said anyway. Within 30 days, every symptom was gone.

I wasn’t just given my health back. I was given my purpose and I believe, a nudge from God to give to others the same.

You might be in the right place if:
You’ve been told “your labs look fine” — but you know something is wrong. Or you’ve heard “we don’t know what’s wrong” and been sent home with no answers. I understand that frustration deeply and personally. You deserve more than that.

My approach is different.
I don’t just recommend supplements and send you on your way. I dig deep. Through energy work and prayer, I’m often able to identify what conventional approaches — and even standard Naturopathic practice — can miss. This is part of what makes working together uniquely effective, and it’s what allows me to serve clients remotely with the same depth as in person.

I have never stopped learning. My ongoing studies include genomics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, aromatherapy, and the latest research in longevity, nutrition, and functional health.
